Internal Audit - VET & CRICOS

The conduct of an internal audit will include sampling of several commonly scoped Standards against the Standards for RTOs 2015 and National Code 2018. The audit will include the sampling of RTO policies and procedures, governance systems and:

· Marketing and enrolment records

· Student support records

· Industry consultation records

· TAS's

· Learning materials and resources

· Trainer matrices

· Self-assurance and continuous improvement systems

· Issuance of certification

· Validation records

· Transitioning of training product records

· Complaints and appeals records

· Third-party/Education agent records

· Interviews with staff and students

· LMS review

· Attendance records.

Following the internal audit, you will receive one on one advice and a detailed report including recommendations within two weeks of the final day of audit.

With a push from the regulator towards self-assurance, the conduct of internal audits may be considered and reviewed at audits conducted by the Regulator.

Basic Internal Audit

Scoped: 2-4 Training Products

Timeframe: 30 hours (4 days)

Premium Internal Audit

Scoped: 5-7 Training Products

Timeframe: 38 hours (5 days)

Price: $5700

Location: Onsite or Online.

Extensive Internal Audit

Scoped: 7-10 Training Products

Timeframe: 45 hours (6 days)

Price: $6750

Location: Onsite or Online.

Internal audits can be conducted onsite or via Zoom (or both). If an onsite audit is conducted outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area, travel and accommodation fees will be charged on top of the total amount.
